There is no reliable timeline that fits every business. You can test a website change as soon as it is built. Search systems may discover and use it later, and the answer may still stay the same.
Apply it to your business
Record the publication date and repeat observations over time. Keep unchanged questions as comparisons where practical. A short pilot can validate the delivery process without demonstrating a visibility improvement.
