These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Prime Team Agency GEO client website and workspace at this domain (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or signing in with Google, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service provides authorized clients with tools related to generative engine optimization research, evidence review, content drafting, staging, publication and reporting. It does not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, citations or commercial outcomes. Observations and reports describe what was collected under stated conditions; they are not certifications of provider ranking systems.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must use a Google account with a verified email address. Access is limited to people allowlisted by the operator (named emails or an approved domain). You are responsible for activity under your signed-in session and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must not share sign-in credentials or attempt to access another client’s data.
3. Google sign-in
Sign-in uses Google’s OAuth / OpenID Connect service. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. We request only identity scopes needed to authenticate you (openid, email, profile). Revoking the application in your Google Account ends future Google-mediated access; existing server sessions may still expire on their own schedule or when you sign out.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to your authorized client engagement.
- Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service except with written permission.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or confidential third-party content you are not entitled to process.
- Do not attempt to bypass allowlists, CSRF protections, rate limits or access controls.
5. Client content and intellectual property
You retain rights in materials you supply. You grant Prime Team a limited license to host, process and display that material as needed to operate the Service for your engagement. Prime Team retains rights in the Service software, design, documentation and pre-existing methodologies. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
6. Confidentiality
Non-public client evidence, drafts and reports are confidential to the engagement. You must not disclose another party’s confidential workspace data. Public pages that an operator intentionally publishes are not confidential solely because they once existed as drafts.
7. Third-party services
The Service may call Google for authentication and, when configured, other providers such as OpenAI for assisted answers. Those services have their own terms. Outages or policy changes at those providers may affect features of the Service.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIME TEAM DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT AI OR SEARCH SYSTEMS WILL CITE, RANK OR RECOMMEND ANY CONTENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIME TEAM AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO PRIME TEAM FOR THE GEO SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF NO SUCH FEES APPLY.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if your allowlist status changes, or if needed for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service and sign out at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations and governing law) survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. Courts in San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited.
