AI visibility tells you whether your brand appears in a defined set of answers. Track mentions, recommendations and source links separately. A source link can support an answer without recommending your business.
Apply it to your business
Save the question, specific product or feature, date, locale, answer and citation URLs. Report the number of valid observations behind each rate. A failed collection is missing data, not an absent brand. Repeated checks provide context for variability; they do not by themselves prove a site change caused a result.

A practical check
If 10 collections succeed and three fail, report mentions out of the 10 valid answers. Retain the three failures separately so a collection outage cannot look like a visibility drop.
